KAA Passes Resolution For Implementation Of Advocates Protection Bill.

Condemns murder of Advocate in Delhi

Press Statement

Srinagar, April 05: In a major development, Kashmir Advocate’s Association in its executive meeting that was held on 3rd April has unanimously passed a resolution seeking the Passing of the Advocates Protection Bill in the UT of J&K.

KAA Passes Resolution For Implementation Of Advocates Protection Bill.

“The Advocate’s Protection Bill should be immediately passed in UT of J&K and Kashmir Advocate’s Association will reach out to the authorities for getting the needful done,” stated Kashmir Advocate’s Association in a press statement.

The copy of the resolution was decided to be communicated to the Prime Minister of India, Lieutenant Governor of J&K, and Union Minister for Law and Justice for immediate action on the resolution stated press statement by KAA.

The Association also condemned the murder of Advocate Virender Kumar Narwal of Delhi was shot dead by two bike-borne assailants on 1st April 2023.
