“Mental health is as important as physical health-one definitely impacts the other. We need to start talking about mental health as we do talk about physical health and make it normal for people to reach out for help when they need it. And if you want to see the change, we have to be the change, so talking about your emotions, challenges, struggles, and visiting a professional definitely does help make it normal,” she said.

With an experience of eight years in the field such as Counseling Psychologist, she has got trained in Positive Psychology, CBT, Hypnotherapy, Therapeutic Art based therapies, Yoga, and Meditations, Arouba as a distinguished expert in the field of mental wellness has been contributing to society in innumerable ways.
