Major Transfers and Postings Announced in Jammu and Kashmir AdministrationSRINAGAR: Major Transfers and Postings Announced in J&K Administration. The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday effected a significant administrative reshuffle, transferring and posting over two dozen senior IAS and JKAS officers in a wide-ranging bureaucratic reorganisation aimed at streamlining governance across departments.

 

Anil Kumar Singh, IAS (AGMUT:1995), has been posted as Principal Secretary, Social Welfare Department. He will also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Mining Department.

Zubair Ahmad, IKAS, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens.

Saurabh Bhagat, IAS (AGMUT:2002), has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.

Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS (AGMUT:2009), has been posted as Secretary, Science and Technology Department, with additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Civil Aviation Department.

Niraj Kumar, IAS (AGMUT:2010), has been transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Public Grievances Department.

Dr. Piyush Singla, IAS (AGMUT:2012), has been posted as Secretary, Information Technology Department.

Naveen S L, IAS (AGMUT:2012), has been posted as Secretary, Transport Department.

Nazim Zai Khan, IAS (AGMUT:2013), has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, ICPS, Jammu and Kashmir.

Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, IAS (AGMUT:2013), has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Enquiries, Jammu and Kashmir.

Owais Ahmed, IAS (AGMUT:2014), has been posted as Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir. Abdul Rashid War, JKAS, has been directed to report to GAD for further posting.

Gurpal Singh, IAS (AGMUT:2014), has been posted as Director, Social Welfare, Jammu.

Baseer Ul Haq Chaudhary, IAS (AGMUT:2015), has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, National Health Mission, Jammu and Kashmir.

Dr. Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat, IAS (AGMUT:2017), has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Budgam.

Akshay Labroo, IAS (AGMUT:2018), has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar.

Faz Lul Haseeb, IAS (AGMUT:2018), has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation. He will also hold charge of CEO, Srinagar Smart City Project.

Rupesh Kumar, IAS (AGMUT:2019), has been transferred and posted as Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority.

Shahzad Alam, IAS (AGMUT:2019), will now also hold the charge of Director, Skill Development Department, in addition to his existing responsibilities.

Shreya Singhal, IAS (AGMUT:2020), has been posted as Managing Director, J&K Tourism Development Corporation. She will also hold charge of CEO, JK ERA.

Ananth Dwivedi, IAS (AGMUT:2021), has been posted as CEO, State Health Agency, Jammu and Kashmir, with additional charge of Mission Director, Ayush Bharat Digital Health Mission.

Mahima Madan, IAS (AGMUT:2021), has been posted as CEO, JaKeGA, with additional charge as Additional Secretary, Resident Commission, New Delhi.

Pankaj Kumar Sharma, JKAS, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar. Rajesh Kumar Shavan, JKAS, has been directed to report to GAD for further posting.

Roshan Lal, JKAS, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajouri.

Mohammad Elyas Khan, JKAS, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Ramban.

Vivek Phonsa, JKAS, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Home Department.
