“The Government of India, under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is fully committed to avenge the killing of our citizens and to ensure that such dastardly acts of terrorism do not recur,” LG Sinha reportedly told the meeting.
He further stated that Home Minister Amit Shah has directed all security forces to use full might for the strongest possible action against the perpetrators and to dismantle the entire ecosystem supporting terrorism.

The LG directed Deputy Commissioners and Senior Superintendents of Police to take visible steps on the ground to restore public confidence and attend to the needs of citizens.
“I want to assure the nation that the scourge of terrorism will be fought with full determination,” he said.
“All means and measures must be taken to avenge the Pahalgam terror attack,” he added.
