J&K High Court Lawyers Take Pledge to Uphold Constitutional Values

Srinagar, Nov 26: Senior Additional Advocate General (AAG) of the J&K High Court, Mohsin Qadri, led a solemn observance of Constitution Day, marking a pivotal moment in the legal fraternity’s commitment to Constitutional principles. J&K High Court Lawyers Take Pledge to Uphold Constitutional Values

Under his direction, all law officers and practicing lawyers at the High Court premises in Srinagar partook in a pledge ceremony, affirming their dedication to upholding the foundational values enshrined in the Constitution.

Mohsin Qadri, serving as the Senior AAG, took personal initiative in organizing the event, conveying a profound message resonating not only within the nation but also on an international scale.

J&K High Court Lawyers Take Pledge to Uphold Constitutional Values

Constitution Day, also known as National Law Day, holds significance as it commemorates the adoption of the Indian Constitution on November 26th, 1949, a milestone that culminated in the Constitution coming into effect on January 26, 1950.

This date remains momentous, as it signifies the culmination of an extensive drafting and deliberative process by the Constituent Assembly of India, shaping the nation’s democratic course.

The event orchestrated by Mohsin Qadri serves as a testament to the legal community’s dedication to the enduring values and spirit of India’s Constitution.
